We only work with developers who have finished projects, strong financial backing and a good reputation, and we turn down the rest. You pay the developer’s official price with a 0% buyer fee, because the developer pays our commission. We help with the whole purchase, from choosing the unit to checking the contract, and afterwards with rental, resale and residency.

A day with us in Batumi. We meet at our office, talk through your budget and goals, and pick the three projects that fit you best. Then we visit them together, so you see the location, the building and the units and meet the developers. There is no fee and no obligation to buy.

Yes. Many of our buyers never visit before they buy. We show you the project and the unit on a video call, review the contract with you, and you can sign by power of attorney. Ownership is registered in your name at the Public Registry, in four working days as standard, or one working day with the express service, with full legal support throughout.

Yes, with some developers. Several of the off-plan projects we work with accept Bitcoin or USDT for part or all of the price, and the property is registered in your name in the usual way.
